By accessing mikeysgourmet.com and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products

All products are food items made fresh to order in small batches. Descriptions, weights, and ingredients are provided as accurately as possible.

Nutritional information is available on the site. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before purchase. Mikey’s Gourmet is not responsible for individual allergic reactions.

Orders

Orders are binding once placed.

The order window closes every Thursday at 9pm Pacific Time. After this point, the batch is locked.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.

 

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices may change at any time. The price at checkout is the final price paid.

Referral program

The referral program may be modified or discontinued at any time. Referral credits hold no cash value and cannot be transferred. Credits are issued only after a qualifying purchase is completed.

Event and occasion orders

Event orders require a minimum of 50 packages and at least two weeks’ notice. A deposit may be required. Final quantities must be confirmed before production begins.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Mikey’s Gourmet Chin-Chin and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mikey’s Gourmet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
