REFUND POLICY


Each order is made fresh to order and produced specifically for you.


Because of this, all sales are final.


We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind.


If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the email in your order confirmation. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review and resolve accordingly.


Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the carrier. We do not issue refunds for transit delays. If a package is lost, we will work with the carrier to investigate.


Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after Thursday at 9pm Pacific Time. At that point, the batch has already been committed.


Event and occasion orders require at least 7 days’ notice for cancellation. Requests made within 7 days of the scheduled ship date are non-refundable due to production commitments.
