Shipping policy

All orders are made fresh to order.

Orders close every Thursday at 9pm Pacific Time. At that point, the batch is set. No additions or changes are made after the window closes.

Production begins immediately after cutoff. All orders ship on Saturday.

Orders placed after Thursday at 9pm are automatically moved to the following week’s batch.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders of 6 or more bags qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Once your order leaves our facility, a tracking number is sent by email. Delivery timelines are determined by the carrier. Mikey’s Gourmet does not control carrier delays once the package is in transit.

Our batch system is fixed to protect freshness and consistency. Expedited shipping does not change production timing.

For event and occasion orders of 50 or more packages, a minimum two-week lead time is required. Submit an inquiry through the events page to begin planning.
